Social Clubs

We, as Eti, are very much interested in helping each one of our employees discover their fields of interest and develop their skills. We care about enriching not only working life but also social life.

We have clubs for everyone!

Our starting point was the idea that happy employees make a happy company, so we initially set up various social clubs in different fields. With 10 different clubs at our offices in Turkey, we aim at offering activities for each employee in line with their diverse fields of interest. Thanks to these clubs, we can find the opportunity to enjoy brand-new experiences with our colleagues and improve our skills in intracompany events as well as outdoor organizations and tournaments. Moreover, we are all happy to observe the effects of our social clubs on the strengthening of solidarity and communication at the company, the development of a sense of belonging, and the enhancement of personal motivation and social cohesion.
